We actively managed the visual display and designed the meeting so that the candidates and moderator were the only people with the ability to speak. Audience members could see and hear the candidates but could not unmute themselves and disrupt the discussion. We also offered live interpretation into Spanish and closed captioning for the event, all done through Zoom. The meeting was recorded into both Spanish and English and made available for those unable to attend the meeting in person.
