Like many in the arts community, the Federal Way Symphony was greatly affected by the pandemic. With the inability to host live performances, they still wanted a way to bring music to the people. That’s when they found us.
Our company worked with their orchestra to create a virtual concert series. Our team spent a couple of days recording the orchestra while they performed a series by different composers. Our editor then created four different virtual concert series to be released to the public. The symphony wanted anyone to be able to enjoy the concert series in the hopes of bringing a slice of normal to their disrupted lives. This was also an opportunity for them to receive donations to the arts fund so that they could eventually come back to live performances.
At the end of 2021, the Federal Way Symphony was finally able to bring back live performances. We have been recording these live performances for archival purposes, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with this organization. Live music really does find a way to bring people together in the most joyous way. We are so happy to be able to witness this joy.
