Last October, we supported our final Fred Hutch conference for the year in Seattle. Earlier in the year, we had traveled to Johannesburg, South Africa and Washington DC for conference support.
For the Seattle conference, we created a custom website for the live stream to be viewed. The website also included an active agenda, session schedule, resources and directory. During this conference, our team ran the live stream for the main plenary room and additional breakout rooms. This year we also supported an interactive plenary session. Our live stream team works closely with the in-house AV team to provide content for both in person and virtual attendees. Since the conference is viewed and attended by people from around the world, we work closely with Infinity Translations to provide real-time translations and content in multiple languages for all attendees. After the conference, our team puts all of the recordings and content on a recordings page on the website to be viewed post conference.
We value the partnership we have with Jerry Ockfen and his team. We are looking forward to our upcoming conferences with Fred Hutch in 2024!
