Description Based on a true story, Operation Ninja is centered on Jamal Denning, Cory Gainer and Bobby Dixon Jr, high school friends living in the quiet upper-middle class suburb of Willingboro, New Jersey. Unknowingly, the boys start a trend that would breakdown the decency and tranquility of the sleepy suburb. On an uneventful night, the three boys manage to steal a motorcycle from the city and take it back to Willingboro. After a week of being hidden and moved between their houses, the boys realize that they have to get rid of the motorcycle. They stumble onto a Motorcycle shop, ran by a manipulative and sleazy shop owner named Otis, and strike up a deal to sell the motorcycle. Otis smooth talks the boys and plants a seed in their mind that there is a market for getting bikes the way they do. The boys begin developing plans to obtain various motorcycles and begin bringing in more men to assist them. Their small group begins to steal motorcycles from neighboring cities and selling them to anyone.
During the course of the next four years, Jamal, Cory and Bobby continue to make their money from motorcycles, even after betrayal from inside their faction, heat from the police, and a near fatal accident from Bobby. Finally, after a decision is made to “slow down”, the three friends notice the increase of motorcycle activity in Willingboro that gradually sucks them all back in. Soon they find out that there are more Motorcycle factions in Willingboro, stretching the thefts of motorcycles all across the eastern seaboard. Several deaths force the Law to take notice, the state police to the FBI, and they begin to bring the hammer down upon the entire operation. Cory pleads with his friends to quit stealing, but an abrupt and unfortunate accident that takes Bobby’s life leaves Jamal and Cory with an ultimatum… leave Willingboro or face jail.
